Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Proactively liaise with enterprises to maintain and strengthen employer relationships; organize campus talks and field trips;

2. Manage the arrangement of employment-related activities for students, including but not limited to lectures and job skill training workshops.

3. Provide one-on-one career counseling for students, covering resume writing,  interview techniques, and overall career development guidance.

4. Independently plan and organize flagship employment events and campaigns.

5. Analyze industry and employment data to propose feasible solutions and strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above, with at least 5 years of working experience.

2. Experience in the higher education sector will be a plus.

3. Responsible, proactive and with team spirit.

4. Eager to engage in student activities and proactively provide guidance to students’ career development.

5. Excellent Chinese and English communication skill.

6. Proficiency in office softwares.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

3. 負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)生,特別是針對(duì)研究生的一對(duì)一求職咨詢(xún),如簡(jiǎn)歷修改、面試技巧等,并給予職業(yè)發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)。

4. 獨(dú)立完成大型就業(yè)活動(dòng)組織策劃,如招聘會(huì)等。

5. 分析行業(yè)/就業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),基于數(shù)據(jù)提出可行性解決方案。

崗位要求:

1. 碩士以上學(xué)歷,五年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

2. 有高校就業(yè)部門(mén)工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先。

3. 工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé), 細(xì)致,積極主動(dòng), 有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神及服務(wù)意識(shí)。

4. 樂(lè)于參與學(xué)生的活動(dòng), 積極解答學(xué)生求職方面的疑問(wèn)。

5. 中、英文溝通能力優(yōu)秀。

6. 能熟練使用Microsoft Office系列辦公類(lèi)軟件。
